A control that feels natural with a keyboard may be difficult on a phone. A game that loads quickly on a computer may need better feedback on a mobile connection. That is why our testing includes both phones and computers.

Reports are most useful when they describe the device, browser, action taken, and what appeared on screen. We use that information to decide whether the problem is loading, layout, controls, saved progress, or performance. This process improves today's arcade and teaches us how to build future releases more carefully.
