Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel monthly renewal

You may cancel PayPal renewal at any time through the payment provider or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges. Your Arcade access normally remains active through the end of the paid period. PayMongo QR Ph passes do not renew automatically and expire 30 days after activation.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact us promptly with the account email, payment provider, transaction reference, charge date, and reason for the request. Do not send a password, complete card number, or GCash PIN.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Report a duplicate or unrecognized charge immediately so we can investigate with the payment provider. Your legal rights concerning unauthorized transactions are not limited by this policy.

Service problems

If a significant technical problem prevents use of the paid Arcade and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, we may approve a refund or account credit depending on the circumstances.
