Terms of Service

These terms apply to Free Minds Publishing and Free Minds Arcade, operated from Daet, Camarines Norte, Philippines. By creating an account, purchasing membership, or using the Arcade, you agree to these terms.

Membership

PayPal membership costs ₱99 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. The PayMongo QR Ph option is a separate ₱99 prepaid pass that provides 30 days of access and does not renew automatically. The price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and included games will be shown before purchase. Northwood Trucking Route is the free sample game.

Cancellation

You may cancel PayPal automatic renewal at any time. Unless a refund is approved, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. PayMongo passes expire automatically after 30 days. Removing an app or stopping play does not cancel PayPal billing.

Accounts and age

You are responsible for your account activity. Purchases must be made by an adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for a minor’s supervised use.

Acceptable use

Do not share paid access outside your household, bypass access controls, interfere with the site, automate abusive traffic, copy or redistribute games, or use the service unlawfully.

Games and availability

Games, features, and availability may change as development continues. We may perform maintenance or suspend access to protect players and the service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Arcade available.

Intellectual property

Free Minds Publishing retains ownership of its games, artwork, branding, code, and related materials. Membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to play while access is active.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
