These terms apply to Free Minds Publishing and Free Minds Arcade, operated from Daet, Camarines Norte, Philippines. The public Arcade browser games are free to play and do not require a paid membership.

Personal use

You may play the games for personal entertainment. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or present the games, artwork, branding, or website content as your own.

Accounts and age

Most Arcade games do not require an account. Parents or guardians are responsible for a minor's supervised use of the website and games.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security, automate abusive traffic, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully.

Games and availability

The projects are actively developed. Games, features, saved progress, external game addresses, and availability may change. We may perform maintenance or temporarily suspend a game to correct a problem.

Virtual items

Scores, coins, equipment, businesses, and other game resources have no cash value. They cannot be sold, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money.

Intellectual property

Free Minds Publishing retains ownership of its games, original writing, artwork, branding, code, and related materials. Free access provides a limited, personal right to play, not ownership of the work.
