The Sunset Coast mall is intentionally compact. Instead of filling it with background storefronts, we focused on destinations that can support shopping, work, and conversation. A player should be able to enter, understand what is open, and leave with a clear result.
Navigation was the main design test. Entrances, counters, and exits need distinct visual cues, especially on a small screen. We adjusted spacing and collision areas so the player is guided by the building rather than forced to search for an interaction point.
Future additions will be judged by use, not size. A new shop should contribute a task, item, relationship, or story connection before it earns space in the mall.
