Request Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your AxleKeep account and the personal information associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@freemindspublishing.com from the email address associated with your AxleKeep account.
2. Use the subject line AxleKeep account deletion request.
3. State that you want your AxleKeep account and associated data deleted.

We may ask you to verify that you own the account before processing your request. We will not ask you to send your account password by email.

Information that will be deleted

• Your AxleKeep account, associated email address, and account identifier.
• Vehicle, equipment, and other asset records saved to the account.
• Maintenance and service history, including service dates, notes, mileage or operating hours, and maintenance costs.
• Service reminders associated with your account.
• Receipt photos stored with your maintenance records.

Deletion and retention period

Verified account-deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Limited information may be retained beyond that period only when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or the resolution of an existing dispute. Any retained information is limited to what is necessary and kept only for the applicable required period.

Delete information without deleting your account

You can delete individual assets and maintenance records directly in AxleKeep without closing your account. When a maintenance record is deleted, its attached receipt photo is also deleted from private storage.
