Privacy Policy

Free Minds Publishing provides AxleKeep to help users track vehicles, equipment, maintenance records, service reminders, maintenance costs, and receipt photos. This policy explains the information we process and how you can manage it.

Information AxleKeep collects

AxleKeep collects the email address and account identifier used to create and secure your account. It also stores the information you choose to enter about your vehicles or equipment, including asset names and details, maintenance dates, service types, mileage or operating hours, service reminders, notes, and maintenance costs.

If you choose to attach a receipt, AxleKeep stores the receipt photo you select from your device or take with your camera. Adding receipt photos is optional. Basic technical information needed to maintain account security, connect to the service, and keep the app reliable may also be processed.

How your information is used

Your information is used to authenticate your account, save and display your equipment and maintenance history, provide service reminders, calculate maintenance costs, store your optional receipts, respond to support requests, and protect the service.

Storage and service providers

AxleKeep uses Supabase to provide account authentication, cloud database services, and private receipt-photo storage. User information is transmitted through encrypted connections. Access to maintenance records and receipt photos is restricted to the authenticated account that owns them.

No sale of personal information

Free Minds Publishing does not sell or rent your personal information. Data is provided to service providers only as needed to operate, secure, and support AxleKeep. AxleKeep does not contain advertising.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can edit or delete individual assets and maintenance records in the app. When a maintenance record with an attached receipt is deleted, its receipt photo is removed from private storage. Replacing a receipt also removes the previous receipt photo.

Data retention

Account information, asset records, maintenance history, and optional receipt photos are retained while your account remains active or until you delete the applicable information. After a verified account-deletion request, account data and associated records are deleted within 30 days, except limited information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or the resolution of an existing dispute. Any required retained information is kept only as long as necessary.

Intended audience

AxleKeep is intended for adults managing personal or business vehicles and equipment. The service is not directed to children.
